All calibration and repair services performed by Stanhope and Associates / NISTLab SAI are backed by a 60-day limited warranty. This warranty covers service or repair we provided.
If an issue arises within 60 days that’s directly related to our service, we’ll re-evaluate and correct it at no additional cost.
What’s not covered:
- Problems unrelated to our original service
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or environmental conditions
- Modifications or repairs done by others after our service
